Our collection offers three main bedding materials, Organic Matte Sateen, Organic Percale, and a Hemp/Cotton blend, each bringing a different look, feel, and sleep temperature to the mix. Here, we wanted to give a quick overview of each to help you choose the best Morrow material to suit your personal sleep style and preferences.

Our GOTS certified 100% organic cotton percale has the crisp, smooth look of cotton and is pre-washed for a perfectly soft, worn-in feel straight from the bag. While a higher thread count is often associated with a softer handfeel, we found that this 200 thread count percale was softer and more breathable compared to the higher thread count options we considered. This timeless material is lightweight and breathable making it great for hot sleepers and warm climates.

Our Organic Matte Sateen is made from a 300 thread count GOTS certified organic cotton material. This beautiful fabric is light and airy with a smooth, soft texture and an almost brushed handfeel. Unlike traditional sateens that are often shiny and stiff, this material is a matte, modern take on sateen. This bedding has a tight sateen weave that helps insulate and hold in warmth, making it a great option for cold sleepers.

This beautiful bedding material is woven from a soft and airy hemp/cotton blend and pre-washed for extra softness. Part of what we love about this fabrication is the earth-friendly qualities of Hemp. The hemp plant is an incredibly resilient crop that can be grown almost anywhere in the world, without the need for pesticides, and actually replenishes the soil with valuable nutrients. Hemp can also be grown year-round even in poor soil without using pesticides and doesn’t require as much water as similar crops. All plants help mitigate climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere during their growth cycle, and hemp specifically absorbs even more carbon dioxide per hectare than most other crops and trees.

Our Hemp/Cotton bedding has an organic slub texture, perfectly imperfect appearance and is our most versatile option in terms of sleep temperature. Hemp is exceptionally breathable and helps wick away excess moisture to keep you cool while you sleep, but because hemp fibers are hollow, they’re also great for insulation and warmth, making this material ideal for all types of sleepers.
